Returns

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for any product.

Warranty

Our guarantee lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

The only products eligible for warranty, refund, or exchange are those that have a manufacturing, material, or workmanship defect.

To be accepted for return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your warranty, we require a formal email request no later than 48 hours after receiving the package. This request must include a description and photograph of the defect, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. If this email is not received, we will be unable to process the warranty.

Shipment

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you're shipping an item over $75, you'll want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
